Ingredients
- 1 Cup Dry Chickpeas Soaked Overnight
- 1 Cup Brown Rice
- 2 Cups Carrots sliced
- 1 Cup Onion diced
- 8 Cups Water
- ½ Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
- ½ tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Soak chickpeas overnight in 4 cups water
- Rinse chickpeas
- Add chickpeas, rice, carrots, onion, water and spices to your Instant Pot
- Cook on "Manual" for 23 minutes
- Once done, allow pressure to release naturally
